Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

After purchasing SBS 2003 while ago MS shortly send us new replacement for
CD3 with letter, where they say, that new CD3 will fix problem with
SharePoint installation. Symptoms of this problem match problem, which you
have described.
