SBS2003 not receiving email from OutLook Client

Hi All,
 
I have the following situation: a SBS2003 SP1 with all patches not being able to receive emails from an OutLook client.  I am able to send test emails from web clients like Hotmail my own email via a Web client, but when sending from OutLook Client I get the following response:

The domain name is navarrobrokerage.com and I have not problem sending emails via Exchange from its clients, and still I am able to received from other clients except Outlook.  If anybody can make any suggestion where to start looking for a fix, please do so.
