Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi James,

Thanks for using the SBS newsgroup.

>From your description, I understand the issue to be: mobile 5.0 devices can
not synchronize with Exchange server and received error code is 85010014.
If I am off base, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Based on my research, the error message may be like this: "Your Account in
Microsoft Exchange Server does not have permission to synchronize with your
current settings. Contact your Exchange Server administrator support code:
0x85010004".

Please refer to below steps to check mobile settings:

1. Open Exchange System Manager, locate Global Settings -> Mobile Services,
right click it to open its Properties page.
2. Under General tab, ensure all checkboxes have been checked.
3. Click Device Security button, please ensure the option "Enforce Password
on device" is Unchecked.
4. Under Security tab, please ensure all permissions have been set properly.

After verifying above settings and restart the IIS server, please try to
test the issue, what is the result?

If the issue persist, please create a new user account with add user wizard
(server management console -> users -> add a user) and test the issue, what
is the result?

If the issue persists, please help me collect the following information for
analyze:
