RE: POP3 delivers Multiple messages only from outside emails

Hi Jack,

Thanks for your update.

The information (+OK 1 (5200)1 5200) indicates that there is one email in
the ISP POP mailbox, the mail ID is 5200. For current situation, let us
perform test to further analyze the issue:

1. Try to send one mail from external domain to 3 different user accounts
to reproduce the issue.

2. Please try to use Telnet command to LIST mails in the ISP POP mailbox,
how many mails you found here. Also please paste the LIST result in the
newsgroup.

3. If you can not find duplicate mails in the ISP POP mailbox, please
enable the POP3 mailbox logging at Server Management - > Pop3 connector
Manager -> Troubleshooting Tab -> Modify the Logging level to Max. And
then, reproduce the issue and mail me the pop3 log file for analyze.

I appreciate your time.

Have a nice day!

Sincerely,

Jenny Wu
