treo 700w setup for SBS03

I realize that this might need to go to another forum but was thinking that
someone here might have some experience with this.
I need to make sure that the server side is set up to allow the 700w to do a
server activesync. pretty sure it is already set up correctly but it isn't
working.

I appreciate any help.
