Backup Keeps Failing

I have an SBS 2003 SP1 server with a backup problem. I can make a backup to
tape when I use just the NT Native backup, but the SBS backup won't work.

I've installed the fix for the multiple tape drive issue, but that did not
fix the problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the tape drive, but this
did fix my ability to make a backup using the NT Native - just not the SBS
backup.

It acts like it is going to work some of the time by launching the backup
utility, rewinding the tape, mounting the tape and saying it is backing up.
When this happens, I get the first error listed below.

Other times, I get an unable to detect media (which I included as the second
error listed below) and it won't even launch the backup utility.

Any help would be great!
