Hello Brandy,
Please take your time to read the hole post, your answer is 'been there,
seen that, done that' as I statet in my first post. The hole issue of the
post is that your solution does not work in my case. Otherwise I would not
have posted.
1. On the SBS Server, go to Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Exchange ->
System Manager.
2. Expand to Server (Exchange)\Recipients\Recipient Policies.
3. On the right pane, double click Default Policy.
4. On the E-Mail Addresses (Policy) tab, click New, select SMTP Address.
5. Add @shoe.com.
-- is already present
6. Repeat step 4 to add @company.com.
-- id already present
7. Click OK.
8. Expand to Server Management\Standard Management\Users.
9. Double click the user account you want to receive emails from @shoe.com.
10. On the E-mail Addresses tab, Click New, add @shoe.com.
11. Click OK.
12. Uncheck the box "Automatically update e-mail addresses based on
recipient policy".
13. Repeat step 9- 12 for @company.com.
14. Test the issue.
-- if i do these last steps mail is dissapearing. If I the primairy mail
adres is ......@xxxxxxxxxx mail is received and @company.com is added. Mail
is received for @company.com.
It is as if my receipient policy's are not read. Is there some way to check
if the data in the receipient policy (e.g. company.com) are read. For
instance should there be an entry in the registry?
Greetings Rob I.
