SBS2003 _must_ be the FSMO master of your domain and it is against the terms
of your license agreement to attempt to run it otherwise.
Here is the procedure to integrate it. Please, rebuild the system from
scratch before you proceed - SBS hates any evasion of its wizards.

I recommend setting up a couple of RAID 1 mirrors in your PERC controller
and keeping your Exchange data store, data, transaction logs, and system all
on separate partitions, while Exchange data and transaction logs should be
on physically separate mirrors. A single RAID5 volume will take up just as
many disks, but is a bad idea.
