Hello Paul,
I also have one user in a SBS2003 environment who is receiving the 1030 and
40961 errors.
You indicate below that you have resolved the problem and I was hoping you
could point me in the right direction. Can you please tell me where I can
exactly find
User Accounts>Advanced>Passwords and .Net Passports>Manage
