Headless MAC on SBS question

Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to add a remote Mac node to an SBS
2003 network and then access the MAC software over RDP?
Basically I want to produce podcasts on our network and have been advised
that the MAC has some good software, ie Garage Band. So I want a MACMini
node in a drawer that I can remote to whenever I need to do MAC stuff but
still keep my SBS set up.
Is this sensible? Can it possibly work?
TIA
Tony
