RE: Disappearing email

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello Rob,

Thank you for posting back!

I am sorry for the delayed response due to the weekend. Please understand
that the newsgroups are staffed weekdays by Microsoft Support professionals
to answer your systems and applications questions. Your understanding is
greatly appreciated!

I am Charles' colleague, and he is taking leaves, currently. I will
continue working on this issue with you.

I have reviewed the whole thread, I understand that you have configured
domain.com as the SBS 2K3 Server email domain. You also want to receive the
emails from @shoe.com and @company.com. If I have misunderstood concern,
please let me know.

To do so, please see:

1. On the SBS Server, go to Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Exchange ->
System Manager.
2. Expand to Server (Exchange)\Recipients\Recipient Policies.
3. On the right pane, double click Default Policy.
4. On the E-Mail Addresses (Policy) tab, click New, select SMTP Address.
5. Add @shoe.com.
6. Repeat step 4 to add @company.com.
7. Click OK.
8. Expand to Server Management\Standard Management\Users.
9. Double click the user account you want to receive emails from @shoe.com.
10. On the E-mail Addresses tab, Click New, add @shoe.com.
11. Click OK.
12. Uncheck the box "Automatically update e-mail addresses based on
recipient policy".
13. Repeat step 9- 12 for @company.com.
14. Test the issue.

Please take your time to perform the steps. I am looking forward to hearing
from you!

Best regards,

Brandy Nee
