I understand that your MAC clients cannot access the FTP folders. If I have
misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
Since the Windows Users work OK, it should be MAC issue. Due to lack of MAC
information here, I regret very much having to say that we are unable to
give further assistance on this field. I suggest that you contact Apple for
professional support.
