Can you please post an ipconfig /all for the server?
I don't understand "dedicated ADSL Ethernet modem with IP of 192.168.1.10
and a LAN router of 192.168.1.20". Normally (at least in the US), the ADSL
modem plugs into a router's WAN port and then the external NIC on the SBS
plugs into a port on the router. The ADSL modem IP address would be a
public address rather than a private one.
What make/modem of ADSL modem and router do you have?
