Hello Curtis,
Thank you for posting back!
>From the screen shots, I understand that you tried to ping the remote
client workstation after it VPN in domain.
Since you can ping the remote client workstation by IP address not computer
name, this is a DNS issue, and I suggest that you check the TCP/IP
configuration on the Terminal Server. Make sure that you have configured
the DNS IP address on the TS is exact same as the SBS Internal IP address.
If the issue persists, please help to gather following information for
further research:
a. Can you ping the remote client workstation by name and IP address from a
domain client workstation?
b. On the SBS Server and the TS Server, open a command window, type
"ipconfig /all" (without quotation marks), copy and paste the full content
to the Newsgroup.
[Note]: Do not delete or edit any result.
c. How many NICs installed on the SBS Server?
d. Do you have ISA Server installed? If yes, what is the edition, ISA 2K or
ISA 2K4?
Please take your time to perform the steps. If you have any updates, please
feel free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
