Hello George,
Thank you for posting back!
I suggest that we have a check which service is running under the context
of CAL. To do so, please see:
a. Start -> Run "msinfo32" (without quotation marks).
b. In the System Information Window, expand to System Summary\Software
Environment\Services.
c. On the right pane, check "Start Name", can you find any services running
under CAL, please?
Please take your time to test the issue in the safe mode. If you have any
updates, please feel free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing
from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
