HI Michael,
Thanks for updates.
Here I would like to give you some steps that have the detailed steps to
tell you how to create a new website.
1. Create a new website under the IIS server node.
2. Follow the wizard, enter the right IP address and host header, you can
use intranet for example.
3. Then assign a home folder for this website.
4. Give all the permission to that websites. Such as browse script and so
on.
In this way a new website will be created without any problem. Please also
do not forget to add a DNS record for the Cname for that website, if you
want the website to be access from client side.
You can navigate to DNS console and choose to add a new Cname for that
website, use the host header for the new Cname and target of the record
should be your SBS server, it should be the right way to create a website,
I have test on many test machine without any problem.
Hope this helpful.
Best regards,
Charles Yang (MSFT)

| Charles.
| I have a "big" progress :). Now I get
| The page cannot be displayed.
| At least not: The page cannot be found.
|
| I recreated this site couple of times. NO LUCK :(
|
| I type http://intranet. I tried to share the folder... Sure added and
moved
| up index.html
| Now I think it ' security issue...
| What are the best practices. Give me please a link or advise.
| Default creation doesn't work for me...
| Thanks,
| Michael.
