Thanx for the quick reply Charles,

I know your suggested applications but I mean the built-in Helpassistant of
Windows XP via the SBS Server. Currently when our administrators offer
support to one of the users, the user has to click 'yes' twice to give the
administrator access and control. Is there any setting which 'over-rules'
that?
