In order to narrow down this issue, please kindly answer and perform the
following questions and steps:

1. Does this issue occur with all computers or certain computers?

2. Did you receive any error message?

4. Check the RPC service is ran as "local system" on the problematic
computer.

5. Let's install Windows Installer 3.1 on the client machine, and then
try again:

windows installer 3.1

B838-DE776FD4138C&displaylang=en

6. Install this hotfix:

FIX: IIS 6.0 may send an "HTTP 100 Continue" response in the middle of the
response stream when you send a POST request
