HI Dave,
Thanks for updates.
As I know the problem should be caused by some unexpected reason that the
SMTP server stop working, by default if you restart the Exchange related
services it will work.
Please feel free to use this newsgroup, thanks again for your effort here.
Best regards,
Charles Yang (MSFT)

| Thanks for your suggestions. I am not sure what solved the problem, but
it
| now works.
|
| To answer your questions.
|
| 1. I reran CEICW.
| 2. SMTP Virtual server could not be stopped. I received an error 1053
that
| the service could not be stopped in a timely manner. The emails did come
| into the folder you mentioned, but were not forwarded to the Exchange
mailbox.
| 3. There were no error messages during any of this testing.
| 4. The anti-virus program I use is Trend Micro Office Scan for
SBS/Exchange
| Server. Turning this off did not have any effect on the delivery of the
mail.
| 5. The issue effected all of the Exchange mail boxes.
| 6. The free POP3 account behaved the same as the ISP accounts.
|
| Because I could neither restart nor completely stop the SMTP virtual
server,
| I re-booted the server and restarted all of the services.
|
| Everything is back to normal.
|
| Thanks,
| Dave
