thanks for your response, we are using a Linksys AG241 ADSL Gateway
Modem/Router , DHCP and firewall are disabled the only port we are
forwarding is 443, I will forward 4125 and get back with the results.
We were initially using a Linksys WAG54G but could not even bring up
the initial RWW splash screen, after calling Linksys support I was
advised to use port 80 for https traffic. Apart from the security
aspect, I'm not even sure that would work, so i just dropped the
AG241 in and opened port 443.
