Well, a fresh install will be clean, but as I said, it is not necessary to
achieve your desired results. All you need to do is set up NTFS permissions
to keep unauthorized users out of your accounting stuff. In fact, if you do
a clean install and do NOT set up NTFS permissions properly, all users will
STILL have access to the accounting folders.
