I have a workstating dialing into SBS 2003 with a 56k modem. How can I
access shared files on that computer from the other computers on the
network.

The remote workstation it logged into the domain.

The DHCP scope on the server is:
192.168.0.0-254
Subnet:
255.255.255.0

The remote client is getting a static IP of 192.168.0.200.

I can access the shared files on the remote workstation from the SBS server
but not from any other computers on the LAN.
