You can upgrade to SBS 2003 Premium which includes ISA 2004 (after SP1) for
a reasonable cost. It will allow you to web publish your sites securely to
the separate web server. I'm not sure what you mean by your DNS question-SBS
integrates DNS very tightly with active directory but that has nothing to do
with your public DNS records.
