FTP Upload

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a SMB 2003 SP1 w/ISA 2004. I cannot upload anything via FTP. I went
to the confiure FTP under ISA's SBS Internet Access Rules and unchecked read
only box. I still get an error 550 Access Denied. I can connect and browse
an FTP site and download but I can't upload. I'm trying to upload website
changes and I can't do it. I tried it from two differrent workstations and
to a different FTP site with the same result-no ability to upload. Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike
