we cannot get RWW to work successfully, it fails after the secure logon screen with the following message

Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to occur, contact your administrator".

If we enter https://domainname/remote into a browser from a machine on the LAN it works.

Is there a device between the external nic of SBS and the internet? And if so, have you configured it to pass traffic on TCP/4125 to the external nic of the SBS?
