Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that you want to deploy a VBS to automatically run the disk
defrag on all SBS 2K3 Domain client workstations. If I have misunderstood
your concern, please let me know.
Based on my research and testing, there is no native way to do so. We need
to do some coding to achieve this goal. Since the issues include custom
coding/programming, scripting, design/implementation type of issues would
best be addressed in the Developer newsgroups. I have provided the link
below to access Developer newsgroups. By posting here, you may get some
pointers from others who may have had similar experience that they can
share with you.

Having said that, I am still glad to provide following information for you,

We can need to add a script into the SBS_LOGIN_SCRIPT.BAT, so every time
when client logs in domain, the script will run and it will generate a
schedule task to run the disk defrag.
