I have seen a few posts on this one, so I thought I would share my
experience and see if Microsoft would like to use it.

Server seems to work fine
Other potentially related issue is that Server Reports to Administrator:

Subject: Server Performance Report - LABYRINTH
Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)

Turns out in my case my IIS WebSite setting had something to do with it:
Specifically the Default Web Site had no entry for
Interface | Port | Host Header
Default | 80 |
and additionally had an entry for
Internal NIC | 80 | 127.0.0.1
and
Internal NIC | 80 | localhost
By ensuring the default (Any Unassigned) was set to 80, and ensuring the
localhost and 127.0.0.1 were set to the same, my CEICW and Server
Performance e-mails began to work.
