I would wipe it, ensure you have latest Bios, firmware for Perc RAID,
ESM etc. I usually give 12gb to c:, and then either create a second
partition for Exchange/user data (I have only done this at home so
far), or segrigate them off, depending on how much Exchange is used.
Here Exchange is only around 700mb.
Go to the Dell website and get the 4.5 installation CD, which will do
an SBS install and also install OpenManage for you in one smart setup.
I have never installed SBS however this way, so it may offer you some
extra options (I don't have enough for a Dell at home, and have a
cheaper unmanaged server and did the install manually). If I remember
correctly it will copy all disks to the c: drive (it may just do the
one), and offer to start the next part of the setup when you go into
Windows. It is at that point you need to create the extra partitions,
then start setup.
