Can not access Web and FTP sites from Internet

I am not able to access the Web and FTP sites from internet using the
external IP address of my router. This is the internet IP address that
is assigned to my router by the ISP. The Web and FTP sites work great
from other local machines on the intranet.

Here is the background:

I have just installed SBS. I have run the "Configure E-Mail and
Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW)" and chose to make everything
accessible from Internet. It detected my router (Microsoft's Wireless
Base Station) to be UPnP device and said it would configure it's
firewall settings (port mappings) automatically. But, finally it came
up with an error saying that it cold not configure the router
completely and I have to manually configure the router's port mappings.

I re-ran the CEICW, but, this time, selecting to ignore the router UPnP
detection, to run the wizard successfully.

I have gone into to the routers administration web site and created
port mappings to allow ports 80, 443 and 21.

I would greatly appreciate any help in getting this resolved.

Thanks,
Raju
