Hello Lacy,
Sorry to keep you waiting!
Please understand that SBS 2K3 Server is not designed to be shared among
multiple companies. However, after having discussed with colleagues I have
following suggestions regarding your scenario, please see:
We can use cover pages per company. We can set up a predefine Cover Page
for each company, and when their staffs sending faxes, choose their
Companies Cover Pages, respectively.
a. Expand to Server Management\Standard Management\Fax (Local).
b. On the right pane, click Manage Cover Pages.
c. You can edit the Cover Pages here for each company.
On client side, we can follow the steps below to select their Company Cover
Page:
a. Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> Fax -> Send a
Fax.
b. Run the Send Fax Wizard.
c. Proceed to the page of "Preparing the Cover Page", user can select the
cover page template you have already created above.
d. Finish rest of the wizard and the fax is going to send.
