Exchange SP2 setup failed on SBS03 box

Hi,

I've followed the steps of installing Service Pack 1 for SBS 2003, but
instead of installing Exchange SP1 I used Exchange SP2.

I got the following error right at the end of the Exchange installation:

Setup failed while installing sub-component Exchange System Management
Snap-ins with error code 0xC1037989 (please consult the installation logs
for a detailed description). I clicked cancel and then it skipped and
finished the install.

The rest of the service packs have installed fine and when I check the
version number for Exchange it says Build 7638.2: Service Pack 2.


Questions:
1. Where do I find the exchange installation logs for SP2?
2. Any one come across this problem or could give me some things to try? I
had all the antivirus and backup services disabled before installing.
