HI Adrian,
Thanks for letting us know that you have fixed the problem by yourself
before see my reply. Here I would like to give you some answer relate to
your question.
1. For the other email on the mailbox store, this should be deleted item
that used to exists on the administrator mailbox, it will be delete after
30 days, also as I know if the administrator mailbox is used to send the
sharepoint or monitoring reports, the system will also leave a copy on the
send item. You do not need to worry about that.
2. The system mailbox is for the local system accounts, it is an expected
behavior that there are so many emails in that mailbox, as the system
mailbox to for the local system to send and receive mailbox, by default it
will be controlled by the system itself, you do not need to worry about
that.
3. Please do not delete the administrator mailbox, it might be used for
many other tasks, just keep it there.
