Shared fax w/ Multiple Companies

I thought I had this solved, but apparently not.

I thought there was a way to change the information for outgoing faxes on
client machines. I have three companies sharing an SBS 2003 installation.
I would like the fax header information to reflect the three different
companies when they send faxes. I need to have workstation A setup for
company A, workstation B for company B, etc. I thought I had already gotten
this setup, but I just sent a fax on (what would be workstation B) and the
fax header showed company A.

All workstations are WinXP and Brooktrout Fax Board (4 port).

Has anyone done this before?
