Thanks for the great post Jenny. I am going to print it and keep it for
reference. I just came on board with a new organization, the previous system
administrator didn't leave any documentation about the configuration of the
server box. It turns out that in this case, I needed the solution found in
MSKB Article ID: 823379. Thank you for your help.
