IIS on SBS 2003 is a required component.. For example, it is used to host
SBS related web pages for things like Remote Web Workplace, Backup,
Monitoring, Companyweb (WSS), not to mention dependencies from Exchange
2003, SBS's POP3 Connector etc.
So, if you were to remove IIS from SBS 2003 you would loose a significant
portion of it's functionality.
