Outlook hangs during Processing Mail Rules

Hello group

I have a problem with my Outlook 2003. If I click Send/receive it hangs with
a status 97%. If I select Details and click on the "Microsoft Exchange
Server" task, the description is "Processing Mail Rules".

I'm trying to receive mail from an Exchange server running on SBS 2003.

I have tried to delete all my rules, but that didn't help

It still receives mail, so something must be working.

Does anybody know what can be wrong?
