Hi Davis,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
>From the description, I understand the issue to be: the link "Incoming
Faxes" has disappeared on companyweb. If I have misunderstood your
concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.
This issue can occur if the template is missing. Please check the following
steps on the server:
1. http://companyweb, click Site Settings -> Go to Site Administration.
2. Click Manage list template gallery on Site Collection Galleries column,
have you seen FaxLibTemplate.fwp?
3. If there is a template for fax library, go to http://companyweb, click
Create and then select Fax Library to create a new one.
4. Reconfigure the route fax to the Companyweb fax document library.
More information:
To route faxes to the Companyweb fax document library, you should first
configure the routing method for the Shared Fax service. To do so, you can
refer to the following steps:
1. Open Server Management.
2. In the console tree, click Fax.
3. In the details pane, click Configure Fax Server. The Fax Configuration
Wizard appears.
4. Follow the instructions in the wizard until you reach the Inbound Fax
Routing page.
5. On the Inbound Fax Routing page, select Store in a document library.
6. Type the name of the document library or subfolder where faxes will be
routed, or select the name from the list.
7. On the Finish page, review your settings, and then click Finish.
For more information regarding how to route incoming faxes, you can have a
look at the following KB article:

jobs

Hope it helps and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,

| The "Incoming Faxes" has mysteriously disappeared from our
http://companyweb
| sharepoint services site.
|
| We are running Small Business Server 2003.
|
| The fax service is up and running. We are continuing to receive faxes.
| Users are being notified by email when they receive a fax. Users are
able to
| open the new fax by clicking on the link in the email notification.
|
| However, when users go to http://companyweb there is no longer a link to
the
| Incoming Fax library.
|
| I tried re-running "Configure Fax Services" under Server Management with
no
| luck.
|
| The "Company Web" is available, just not the Incoming Fax Library.
|
| Any suggestions on how I can get this back?
