Multiple email profiles annoyance

Not an earth-shattering problem, simply a minor annoyance.
SBS 2003 Standard, XP SP2, Outlook 2003.
Two users, a CEO and his secretary. The CEO will not touch a computer, his
secretary handles all his email correspondence so there are two profiles set
up in Outlook on her PC. When the CEO wants an email sent, the secretary
closes Outlook (her profile) and reopens Outlook using the CEO's profile and
sends the email. The annoyance occurs when she reopens her profile, the
email that she just sent from the CEO profile is now in her "Drafts" folder.
This doesn't happen all the time, and the email in question is always sent
and received just fine.
Can anyone throw me a bone on this one?
Thanks.
