| I was able to resolve the problem by upgrading the SBS 2003 SP. I was
still
| on the original RTM and once I ran the SBS SP it recognized that the SQL
2000
| SP4 satisfied the requirements and i was able to continue past that point
in
| the SBS 2003 Setup program and the reinstall the corrupt fax console.
