My server keeps automatically logging off console (win 2003)

Is there anybody who knows why my windows 2003 small business server is
automically logging off other users than the administrator if they dont
have any applications running.

I have the server management in the startup folder for my user account,
but if i close it after logging on, the server logs off my account.

Does anybody know why?
