I understand that you want to have some Documents to start Monitoring and
Reporting feature. If I have misunderstood your concern, please let me

Monitoring and reporting in SBS 2003 provide several benefits and
advantages, including:

a. Ability to monitor server performance and detect fault conditions before
they occur.
b. E-mail, pager or cell phone notifications can be sent to the appropriate
persons.
c. Automated corrective actions can be configured to avoid potential
problems.
d. Ability to have snapshots of the server status from the past to analyze
historical trends.
e. Monitoring specifications can be exported and imported from one server
to another.
f. Usage statistics can be collected on a periodic basis.
