May I know whether you restart the Fax service or reboot the server to make
the changes take effect, please?
Also, please send all the logs from C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Integration\Windows Small Business Server 2003\Logs to my mailbox:
v-branee@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx You can zip these files and send it as an
attachment. I am wondering whether the Fax component and service is
installed successfully, so I need to analysis the log files.
