Thanks for updates.

After checking your screenshot, we found the queue did stuck on your SBS
outbound queue, we want to know where the email sent to, could you check it
on the queue? Does it occur on all outbound emails?

Did you use the ISP smarthost to route your outbound internet email or
using DNS on your SBS server to route this?

So that we can identify why these emails stuck in the queue and the
Exchange retry to send those emails, for the POP3 connector error, we want
to know if you can receive the POP3 email from the ISP side, as I know if
we send outbound internet email via Exchange mailbox, we need to have MX
records or FQDN name, it did not relate with POP3 connector.

Please clarify your email setting to us so that we can identify your issue
more clearly.
