RE: Using Fax server with coverpage and Outlook 2003 problem

Thanks for your update!

Technical speaking, when we send fax with Outlook, the cover page file is
sent as attachment is not a bug since the cover page file and the fax
content are different files. There is no option or patch to it. One
workaround is that when you send fax, you copy the cover page content
directly in the fax content, manually modify recipient information and then
input fax main content under it. It seems to be ugly.

What is your mean of "there is no option for me to use Fax Client."? If
have not install the shared fax client, you can install them refer to steps
in my previous post. Please try to test.
