To continue trouble shoot the issue in the newsgroup, please kindly help me
collect some information to isolate the issue:
1. How you restored your server box? I suggest you refer to the following
Microsoft white paper to process restore SBS server.

2. When you reboot the server, what service failure you got? Please try to
reboot the server box and reproduced the issue and paste the accurate error
message here for analyze.
3. Please run command line "NTBackup" in the command prompt to see if the
utility can be launched.
4. Also please help me collect the following logs for analyze:
1). Please save me the copy of the Application /System log on the server
box:
To save a text copy of Application /System log:
A. Open Event Viewer: Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools ->
Event Viewer.
B. Right-click on Application/System log and select "Save Log File As?".
2). Please mail me the folder of the SBS 2003 logs folder for analyze, the
location is: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Integration\Windows Small Business
Server 2003\Logs
