Hi Charles

1) I have checked the POP3 Connector settings many times and all look fine.
If I am understanding the procedure the POP3 Connector collects the email
from my ISP's mail server and the smtp smart host is for sending out bound
email mails, please confirm.

I will send you a screen shot of the mail that is stuck in the queue.

2) Can you advise how I can restore ISA 2004 with the default rules.
