HI Barry,
After checking your log, we found you have no Exchange related error
message, all the message is relate to POP3, it seems to be SMTP queue stuck
when the Exchange route POP3 email to Exchange server, could you tell us
how you configure your POP3 connector, have you set any Exchange mailbox
there, please also check if you have set any mailbox for non deliverable
emails.
By default the POP3 connectors should be configured under the server
management, or CEICW, please make sure that you have configured it
correctly.
Another issue relate to your SBS CEICW log, we found you have ISA 2004
installed but all the default rules is not configured correctly so all the
rules is failed when you run CEICW, I am not sure how you configure your
ISA 2004.
Thanks for your time on this issue. Please feel free to post back.
Best regards,
Charles Yang (MSFT)
