Hi Doug,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
>From the description, do you mean you want to access a local web site from
internet using its website address?
To narrow down the problem, would you please help me collect the following
information?
1. You said "I have a fixed IP and if I use that I can then access the
local website from the internet", do you mean you have a fixed IP on the
external NIC of SBS and you can access the web site via typing the ip from
internet?
2. Does the local website be hosted on SBS?
3. Can you access companyweb, RWW and OWA from internet through typing the
FQDN of SBS?
4. Are you using ISA 2000 or ISA 2004?
AS I know, we can run CEICW to publish almost all the web services included
in SBS 2003. For a standard edition SBS 2003 server, if you have already
run CEICW to allow the incoming web access, you may simply add new web
sites in IIS. If this is a premium edition SBS 2003 server with ISA
installed, you will need to create new publishing rule for these web site.
Please refer to the following documents:

ers.mspx

The only suggested scenario to an additional Website on SBS 2K3 is
documented in the white paper:
