Hello Muaddib32,
Thank you for posting in the SBS newsgroup.
First of all, my sincerest apologies for the delay in responding due to
weekend, thanks for the understanding.
Please kindly note the partner managed newsgroups are staffed weekdays by
Microsoft Support professionals. Our goal is to provide a one business day
response to all posts.
For time critical issues (not business down), we encourage you to contact

To continue working with me in the newsgroups, please see the following:
According to your description, I understand that you received this error
message "Outlook can't add the requested Windows Sharepoint Services
folder. Contact the Windows Sharepoint Services site administrator", when
you try to click "Link to Outlook". If I have misunderstood the problem,
please don't hesitate to let me know.
Based on my research, this issue may occur if the Windows SharePoint
Services Web site does not contain a title. To use the Link to Outlook
feature, the Windows SharePoint Services Web site must contain a title.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, add a title to the Windows SharePoint Services
Web site. To do this:
1. Connect to the home page of the Windows SharePoint Services Web site,
and then click Site Settings.
2. Under Customization on the Site Settings page, click Change site title
and description.
3. On the Change Site Title and Description: SiteName page, type a title
for the Web site in the Title box, and then click OK.
More information:
843344 "Outlook cannot add the requested Windows SharePoint Services folder"

I appreciate your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, please feel
free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Nathan Liu (MSFT)
