Thanks for updates.
After checking your log file carefully, we found some of the error did not
occur on your SBS side but occur on the remote side, some of the recipient
did not response so the operation failed.
Also I found some Transmission error on your log file, it certainly did not
relate to your modem also, it might be caused by the phone line, we
encountered many similar issue which is caused by the phone line. I suggest
you double confirm the phone line is on the normal situation.
Other cancel operation, I assume it should be done by yourself when sending
fax, it did not relate to any problem on your fax or SBS side. If you like
we can reinstall the fax component on the SBS side to make sure the fax
component is work properly.
a. Open a command prompt.
b. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\fax> regsvr32
/u faxcfgc.dll
c. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\fax> regsvr32
faxcfgc.dll
d. Now, re-run the Fax Configuration Wizard
3. Use the following steps to reinstall the FAX wizard components:
a. Rename Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\fax to
fax.old if the folder exists
b. Double click FaxCfg.msi from CD3\SBS\fax
c. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\fax> regsvr32
faxcfgc.dll
